Use your ceiling fan in the winter when you want to be warm? You bet. The warm air being pumped into your house rises to the top of every room. Chances are good you are not hanging out on the ceiling where most of the heat is so you need to find a way to get that warm air closer to the floor. This is where a ceiling fan comes in. The fan will cycle the warm air around the room and toward the floor. Your furnace will not turn as much and you will save money by burning less energy.
