Green Tip #84: Multi-Meal Sauce

Ever get home from work and wonder what you’re going to eat for dinner? Well last night was one of those nights for us. We ended up using some sausages that we had thawed out and some leftover sauce from the freezer. Much to Sustainable PF’s delight, it turned out to be very meaty sauce! Now we have some leftover again which we can’t freeze of course so I’m thinking that we will throw the sauce unto a pizza pie, add some more veggies and some cheese and we’ll have another scrumptious meal. What do you do with leftover sauce after making your favourite spaghetti sauce recipe?
