Eat Right to Keep your Skin Healthy

What is the biggest organ of the human body? No, it’s not the heart or lungs and it’s definitely not that organ. It’s the skin- the elastic birthday suit that keeps everything in and safe from the hazards of the outside world. People love their own skin so much, it has spawned a multi-billion dollar industry that promises brighter skin and youthful looks.

Despite the mind-boggling numbers this industry makes globally, that includes skin care products, cosmetics, supplements and cosmetic procedures, many people have maintained radiant skin just by being aware of what they eat and drink.

There are many ways to keep your skin healthy and radiant, but the best one by far begins at your dinner table. Scandinavian women are probably the most beautiful in the world, and their skin tends to be flawlessly perfect.   • Eat Whole Grains – Stay away from processed carbohydrates made with refined flour.
