Well I think it is finally safe to put away the winter jackets and boots until next season. No signs of any more snow in the forecast (finally!) and lots of flowers and greenery popping up everywhere. However before I put these clothing items away, I always make sure to clean them properly (including checking the pockets for old bits of garbage). I do this because otherwise those salt stains on my boots will be much harder to get out next winter (if possible to get out at all) and dirt left on clothing get stain it which of course lessens its lifespan. I don’t buy winter clothing very often and as you know I usually buy it on sale so I really do like my clothing to last for as long as possible and be money well spent.

It’s time to put away the winter clothing! Yay! It’s finally warming up and we don’t need those sweaters anymore.
